You must have FC 25 installed on your PC in order to complete the transfer.

The transfer happens the first time you log in to FC 26 on your PC/console.

✅ Transfer is possible only once — once moved to FC 26, it can never be reversed.

❌ Do not purchase again if you already transferred to FC 26 before, unless you only want to keep using points in FC 25.
